Disciplinary Action: Violation of academic integrity or conduct policies may result in course dismissal without refund.

Course Materials: All course materials, including videos, documents, assessments, and other content, are the intellectual property of Laureate International Tech and Academy.

Usage Rights: Students are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use course materials solely for educational purposes during their enrollment period.

Prohibited Uses: Students may not reproduce, distribute, or share course materials with third parties without explicit written permission.

Course Cancellation: In rare circumstances, courses may be cancelled due to insufficient enrollment or other factors. Full refunds will be provided in such cases.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
